El Peladito - Chula Vista

We visited the restaurant on Sunday to watch a fight, and it was clear they were overbooked. Upon arrival, our reservation was disregarded because they claimed there was a problem with their system. It was just my husband and me, and they hastily set up a table for us. We ordered drinks and appetizers, followed by a meal. However, about an hour later, while the fight was still ongoing, the staff started pressuring us to settle our bill, suggesting we needed to leave if we weren't ordering more food. This was confusing, as several other tables were also just sitting and not eating. At that point, we had already spent $156 for two people! It seems they need to reconsider how they manage events like this and avoid looking unprofessional by trying to rush customers out during their meal. Their business model does not seem to prioritize customer service or fostering loyalty among patrons.

I would have definitely given them more stars, but unfortunately, many of the items we wanted to order were unavailable. They didn't have any oysters that day, and we couldn't order mixed drinks because their blender was out of order. However, overall, the food we did order was really good. I will definitely give them another chance.

The food was excellent, but the service could use some improvement. The dishes were not served together, and we had to wait 20 minutes or more for the last plate to arrive.

Dignation of definetly given them more stars, but unfortunatly everything wanted to order what is not available. they didn't think we and we weren't getting mixed drinks giving you a dazzling thing out order. All right, the dear one we've thought was really good. I'll be happy with a blatant try.
