Domino's Pizza - Chula Vista

Where is the quality control? Domino's quality has gone down a lot. I'm pretty sure I won't be ordering from here in the future. And looking at other reviews, we will probably get a new store there soon. It's sad because, I was literally one of the first customers when they opened after the cupcake bakery left and their quality was pretty good, but now not so much!

I ordered food for delivery for the first time from this store since moving to Eastlake. My order was received by the store at 6:50 pm with an estimated time for delivery of 24-32 minutes. At 7:15 I received a text saying it was out for delivery. After waiting about 15 minutes, I called the store to see what was up. They thought it was odd and couldn't get in touch with the driver, so they asked that I call back in 5 minutes if it wasn't delivered. I waited 5 minutes with no delivery, so I requested a refund at 7:45, 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be out for delivery. The store said I would be refunded. Then the delivery showed up about 20 minutes later and the food was not fresh out of the oven, to say the least. Terrible first impression and my family will not be ordering from this store again.

Their service is 10/10, the pizza was made right away and in delivery within fifteen minutes! Even the delivery man was incredibly kind when handing off the pizza and definitely deserved a generous tip. The only thing I regret I accidentally adding anchovies to my chicken pizza because my dyslexic dumb self had read the option as “artichokes” . I nearly cried when I realized it but I’m starving and it’s late so I scarfed it down regardless. Thank you to the staff at this Dominos! I appreciate you guys and gals for making this meal!
