Sakura Steak House - Christiansburg

This place is a rip off. The menu on their website clearly states that all entrees include appetizer, soup, and salad. However, if you order take out you receive none of them...but you're still paying the SAME PRICE. I asked the girl at the counter why this was, and she gave me some runaround in broken English that basically equated to "dine-in people spend more money and tip". She also said, to the best of my understanding, that dine-in customers get less rice and veggies than take out customers, then she promptly walked away. Just. WOW! I wonder if they know that their menu and website are forms of advertising, and by not providing all included items with the order of an entree, while charging the full menu price, is illegal.

I have been several times and last night 10-6-2015 was my last. The service was horrible. The man that was our server was rude, and slow. When my order came out the shrimp tasted funny. I told the server he tells me to take my plate to the front. I tell the manager in charge and she told me to pick the shrimp out. Then after I go sit back down she comes to the table (after she couldn't come see me when my order was wrong I had to walk to the front) and LOUD in front of everyone says I don't know why you say the shrimp taste funny we get fresh everyday I don't know why you say dat...RUDE YOU SHOULD NEVER DO THAT AND A MANAGER AT THAT. My friend was going for the first time and she also told me she would never go back.... KIMONO IN PULASKI, KOBE IN BBURG OR KABUKI WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE THAT GETS MY SERVICE!!!!!

Not good at all !!! Waste of money !!! Horrible customer service. The meal consisted of 85% Rice instead of rice on the side & all the rest was a sorry excuse for Japanese food. I paid $23 for a meal & appetizer & cheap fast food would have been better. Over priced & horrible. Everyone I was with had the same opinion. & When we asked for a couple extra Soy Sauce packets the very unpleasant woman said they were .85 cents each... We were only given 2 packets for 4 meals... Never again will I eat there. They make the people around here think that sorry excuse for food is Japanese food. What a joke. That was the third strike as well. Been there three different times months apart & everytime it was horrible.

Acest loc este o rupere. Meniul de pe site-ul lor afirmă în mod clar că toate intrările includ aperitivul, supa și salata. Cu toate acestea, dacă comandați scoateți, nu primiți niciunul dintre ele ... dar încă plătiți același preț. L-am întrebat pe fata de la tejghea de ce a fost și ea mi-a dat niște runuri în limba engleză ruptă, care, în principiu, echivalată cu "Oamenii de mâncare, cheltuiesc mai mulți bani și sfaturi". Am fost de mai multe ori și noaptea trecută 10-6-2015 a fost ultima mea. Serviciul era oribil. Omul care a fost serverul nostru era nepoliticos și încet. Când comanda mea a ieșit, creveții au gustat amuzant. I-am spus serverului că mi-a spus să-mi iau farfuria în față. Spun managerului responsabil și mi-a spus să aleg creveții. Apoi, după ce mă duc să stau înapoi, ea vine la masă (după ce nu putea veni să mă vadă când a fost greșită, trebuia să merg în față) și cu voce tare în fața tuturor spun că nu știu de ce spui Creveți gust amuzant Suntem proaspeți în fiecare zi Nu știu de ce spui dat ... nepoliticos nu ar trebui să faci niciodată asta și un manager la asta. Prietenul meu mergea pentru prima dată și mi-a spus, de asemenea, că nu se va întoarce niciodată ... Kimono în Pulaski, Kobe în Bburg sau Kabuki va fi singurul loc care primește serviciul meu !!!!!
