Route 8 Donuts - Christiansburg

UPDATE 6/14/21: I'm really craving a chocolate-covered Bavarian cream-filled donut this morning. Unfortunately, they didn't have that specific option available. Instead, they had a similar donut with the cream in the center. It looked a bit odd and didn’t quite make sense to me, but I decided to try it anyway. It turned out to be quite messy and hard to eat, and I’m not sure who would prefer that style. It felt like trying to figure out how to place a hamburger on a buns.

Everything we tasted was absolutely delicious! Make sure to arrive early, as the good options go quickly and sell out fast!

The donuts are fantastic! The coffee comes from the local roastery, Mill Mountain, and it’s outstanding. Be sure to request an unfilled donut and watch how they fill it.

Good donuts. Friendly little place. Never had a bad experience or a bad donut. You have some other great items that are good and help other local businesses by selling local cold brew as well!

These owners know what their doing! I stopped in, expecting a run down and old doughnut shop, but I was blown away with how nice this place is and how friendly the owners are!! To top it all off, their donuts are out of this world! The maple bacon has been my favorite so far. I can't wait to try them all. This is my favorite local spot in Christiansburg this far!
