I have lived this direction 20 years and was never here. Today we decided to try it, and young we were satisfied that we did. the menu has a large selection of things that work for adults and children. the specials for this day were all well cooked with a good house cake. a seafood dish and a lambship curry with all circumcisions. we had a baby shelves of ripening that was big, juicy and perfectly cooked. bre shattered fish of the day that fell off from the fork. clean and beautifully fresh. the best fishing in the old. a burger with speck and Monterey cheese that my son has sworn as if he hadn't eaten in a year and the lammschaft curry that was tender and fell from the bone. each meal was packed with taste. for pudding we chose a cheese board and a gluten-free chocolate brown with ice. again beautifully presented and packed with taste. all were very good prices and if I were to say that they should charge more for the caliber and standard of their meals. the staff was more than helpful and nothing was too much annoyed. a little Jewel waiting to be discovered.

I was only for my fathers 65. 12 of us including a few children and all enjoyed the meal. great atmosphere in restaurant and bar. the waiter was like eating. the owner is totally committed and very friendly. will soon be back.

They were previously with old and new management, always very friendly service. I ordered a meal that was in the evening from the lunch menu, cook very friendly. portion sizes are good, the desserts were delicious, with a gluten-free option, was great.

Big pub with good restaurant on the back. and a beautiful real kamin to snug around. almost friendly service for a quick dinner. a large menu with a fair selection. good portion sizes so you won't get hungry. all freshly cooked and good ingredients.

Absolute cracker of a pub/restaurant. Welcoming and friendly staff all of them. Very attentive despite being busy. Been 3 times this week while on holiday and good food and good service everytime, even when they squeezed us in for Sunday lunch. Was recommended to us and now we know why
