Estpresso Coffee House - Christchurch

I waited 20 minutes for a coffee, and there were only 8 people in line when I joined. There was only one person serving, who was friendly enough and doing their best. Having another server would surely be possible and could lead to much more business. This situation is ridiculous.

I had to wait for a long time to get my coffee, even though there was only one person ahead of me in line when I arrived. The server was friendly and doing their best, but it would have been more efficient to have another server working. This could have attracted more customers and brought in more business for the restaurant. In general, the whole situation was absurd.

We had a great time enjoying coffee and muffins before our flight to Mallorca. The service was friendly and quick, unlike the other cafe in the airport. The muffins were fresh and the coffee was tasty.

When I returned a week later, I was fortunate enough to be served by Vanesa again, this time at their other cafe, Joe's Coffee House. It turns out that all restaurants within Bournemouth Airport are operated by The Restaurant Group. I once again enjoyed a great latte, credit to the company for serving such delicious coffee with friendly staff. Overall, everyone at the airport, from the check-in and security staff to the catering team, was very helpful. I am grateful for such a pleasant start to my trip, accompanied by a great latte in both directions.
