HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! THE MANAGER OR TEAM LEAD HAS THE WORSE ATTITUDE EVER! SHE TALKS DOWN TO THE STAFF TO THE POINT OF EMBARRASING THEM IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC IN MY OPINION! WORSE SUBWAY IVE BEEN TO IN MIAMI! HANDS DOWN!
The sandwich i always get, always has a set amount of ingredients. Manager with glasses told my clerk that were starting to make my sandwich to use less ingredients than what's advertised, even for a footlong. I've never been expected to pay full price for a sandwich missing half of it's protein source, and is currently the only one to do so. Wouldn't recommend if she's there, being company protocol at making sandwiches are completely bypassed here.
Stay far a way from this subway. The employees and the manger here has the worst customer service ever. I order a salad and I simply asked for extra crackers because my daughter will not eat the salad with only 2 crackers and they refused and I did not mind to pay for extra crackers. So I told them to cancel my order and they told me they could not do that. I had to call the manger on my personal cell phone and she again said they could not do that and I can see if I can cancel my order online. I told her online it saids you can cancel your order by calling the restaurant. The manger and the employee I dealt with was very rude and highly unprofessional. The manger I spoke with said her name was Spicy Joseph. If I could have given this place 0 stars I would have.
Ordered 4 sandwiches and they all were on stale hard bread. Whoever was making the sandwiches knew that and didn't give a damn.
