Cold Stone Creamery In The Cross

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday night at 9:30pm to buy a cake. I understand that it was very busy, which is not a problem for me. However, the issue I had was with the poor communication and lack of customer service. Instead of apologizing for the wait and ensuring that someone would assist me soon, the manager simply told me that I could wait without even making eye contact. I was very disappointed with the communication skills and wanted to speak up, but there were families present in the store.

The ice cream at this restaurant is always a safe bet, but unfortunately, my experience was not as good as expected.
