Subway - Chorley

Nice, modern store with plenty of room. All staff were cheerful and helpful. Didn't have to wait long. Enjoyed lunch and would visit again.

I ordered food online from Just Eat, specifically a plant-based patty and 6 hash browns. When my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the wrap was very small and did not contain the plant patty that I had ordered. Despite calling the restaurant to explain the mistake, they refused to send a replacement, citing busyness as the reason. Now, I am left without dinner for the evening as I arrived home late from work. I will have to request a refund through Just Eat, which will take 7 days to process. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect from this restaurant, even on small orders. As a result, I have decided not to return in the future.

Only two workers and the queue is almost out the door. Feel sorry for them. Management needs to do better.

Plant patty on Italian bread deliciously fresh salad really tasty

Always quick service at this subway. There's usually some questionable characters around, but they can't help that. My subs are always made well here. We tend to get our takeaway from Subway as they don't make you feel rubbish after you eat.
