Retreat Adlington - Chorley

I believe the restaurant surroundings and bar makes the place look nicer than it is. It feels like due to this they believe they can charge extra. I thought the meal was average and the fee charged for the meal and drinks didn't match up to what I had. Another problem I have we restaurants such as these is that they believe the can charge cocktail bar prices. I'm happy to pay £7 for a cocktail on a night out at a swanky bare however £7 mid-week just seems a tad extortionate if you ask me.

Great food and cocktails at reasonable price, great service even on a Saturday night, always busy so would recommend booking in advance.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Child friendly restaurant.

A little disapointed that quite a few things had run out, but at 6 on a Sunday perhaps understandable, nontheless it was up to its usual standard.
