I don't understand this type of comment on an establishment that is full every evening (see facebook). all the charcuterie and cheeses are fresh and regional products, and the wines are of culture reasoning, organic, biodynamic, from the largest aops, are of quality for real amateurs. the rates of this establishment are hyper accessible for the proposed designations. professional, friendly and friendly advice make the hotel very warm. for proof, impossible to have a table in the evening without reservation! In all cases, it is one of the must-see places of cholet.

-the wines are good -the service is slow-the snacks are frankly expensive for what it is: you have to see the cheese board with its tips of famelic cheese and the biquette tat (honey hare) to 12€ that you would be ashamed to serve. The charcuterie board is pretty bad. short, don't eat

This place serves you the wine in the glass with if you want a board to snack. the reviews on facebook being all very well we tested. quite disappointed by the mixed board 6 fine slices of dry sausage and 6 garlic, small rillauds and tiny bits of cheese where you just have enough to taste it. What a pity for all that at 14€ the board! as long as it's a good wine, but no more. If you ask advice it is useless the boss tells you that he does not give us to choose from his wines (this is the opposite of the reviews on the other site)! at the end not at all packed by this place and the lack of friendliness of the boss.
