Harley's Cafe - Choctaw

If we could eat here. My wife and I are not from Oklahoma and we are not bikers, but not long after moving to the area we visited and fell in love with this place. Of all appearances, they use REAL butter, REAL cheese and REAL eggs, among others (no attack on others nearby that do not). And equally important, their food tastes well, whether it is an omelette or biscuits or a burger or chil or a combination. The owner is home friendly and the staff is on special requests. The hours are short (closed Sundays and around 2PM other days), but we really enjoy Saturday breakfast lunch there when we make it on time.

Pretty good cafe. I took my mom here to eat last week for the first time. First the good things about this cafe: it appears that this place has been recently updated. The interior was very clean. The bad about this place: I asked the waitress if the back dining room was for smoker 's only she was quick to inform me that NO, they did not have a smoking room. The only reason I asked this was because we had never ate here before the sun was directly in our eyes no matter where we tried to find an available table. We went to the back dining room to sit down the table just kept on wobbling back forth spilling my mom 's coffee everytime we moved. I tried different things to fix the wobbly table but nothing seemed to help the situation. The waitress we had acted like we were inconveniencing her by coming here to eat. I don 't know if she was having a bad day but all the waitresses seemed to be in a foul mood that day. The items we ordered were very good. The Harley 's breakfast was plenty to eat. I had the chicken fried chicken sandwich homemade onion rings. Portions were large the food was good. When I went to check out, the manager didn 't even bother to get off the phone, just continued to talk on the phone while I tried to ask him a question about the senior discount. We might give this place another try if we are in the area just to see if it was just a bad/rude day for the staff owner.

Best food ever since Fred pomplun came back! Best night cooks also! They ALWAYS take pride in their food!

They have really good breakfast good service and Barbra is the best waitress... Chicken fry good too
