Ichiban Bistro - Chocowinity

This restaurant offers an incredible dining experience with exceptional food, attentive service, and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Hibachi Steak and the Egg Drop Soup – both are outstanding choices!

We love Ichiban Bistro. We eat here often. The food is terrific and a very fair price. It has great seating and easy parking. The staff members are very friendly and helpful with the selection of foods. We highly recommend this establishment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Felt like a mix of cultures. Not a wide Range of tea to choose from. My sushi was pretty good Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I really didn’t want to give this place such a low rating, especially since the staff was incredibly nice. However, I do want to mention that we didn’t try any sushi. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the food. The edamame had a bit of a crunch to it, and the spring rolls were a bit mushy inside. The gyoza seemed like they had been previously frozen and lacked filling. The other two main dishes were so bland that we didn’t even want to take home leftovers. It seems we were misled by the high ratings in the reviews, and I noticed that the restaurant even gave itself five stars while promoting tea, which definitely skews the ratings.
