Very convenient location. Healthy and tasty light breakfast. Small but clean room. Great bath.

Good location, good service. However bit small rooms but that is to be expected for this price. Room wasn't clean enough on entry, hairs on the ground, dust on the edges. Cleaning staff is loud in the morning if you want to sleep in.

I loved staying here! There are so many great amenities to take advantage of. The bathhouse is large and relaxing. The kitchen serves breakfast and free (but simple) ramen for dinner. The top floor has free icecream and probiotic drinks daily, as well as a vending machine with beer. And best of all it's quite close to so many of the interesting akihabara shops! Great place!

I travel with my mum who is not good at walking. I asked the staff whether I can use the handicapped parking provided in the hotel. The staff can't communicate in English,even with the help with translator. Again, the staff can't offer any help when we ask for spoon and changing to twin beds. We are so disappointed we got this bad services in such a chain branded hotels in tourists area

Kind staffs and awesome spa. I enjoyed spa and ice cream every night. Room was also clean and cozy. Location is good to visit Akihabara/Ueno/Ochanomizu by walking. Definitely will visit again.
