Camping Village La Verna

We have dinner many times, over the years, at the restaurant of this campsite, both in family and with friends, always enjoying food and service. But last week, our dinner was a disappointment: they brought us four pizzas visibly burned, not only at the edges. Too bad. An evening in pizzeria with children should be a pleasant opportunity, do not leave in your mouth a taste of burnt all night. We don't really believe we're coming back.

We went for dinner at the campsite, we tasted the appetizers, excellent croutons and the truffle pecorino terrine, we skipped the first and we dressed in excellent meat the steak Tuscany or Fiorentina that will say, about 900 grams, very good the cut to balsamic vinegar and last but not least, the turkey to truffle, bitter and coffee. You eat well, but well, you have to adapt to their rhythms, but so much on holiday you can wait, a wait however rewarded. To return and return, sin I am in Milan...

I review the campsite and repeat myself at the restaurant. Local cuisine with local ingredients. Well cooked directly by the owners and a pizza maker. All very good, even desserts.

I booked at the campsite through booking for a touched and escape with my girlfriend in the woods of the casentino. We found a great place. Solar staff and exceptional welcome. The girl at the reception was very patient and suggested where to fly the drone to make some footage. My girl, who is very sketchy, found the bathrooms a real luxury with showers timed, anti-dox and hearings heard...bidet (to the face of the world champions). And the restaurant... really good with reasonable prices. Light pizza with natural leave and typical dishes revisited... A real pleasure the truffle terrine and Tuscan croutons. The only flaw, the work in progress for the pool, but who beautiful wants to look a little must suffer. And so we have the excuse to come back!

Excellent cuisine, local dishes based on mushrooms and truffles, also provide very efficient and fast pizza service. Excellent pizza S.Francesco with porcini mushrooms and truffle! !
