Not the biggest service, we were told 15mins and when I arrived there, the chips were already cooked, and pizzas were not even in many, but so it turned into 30mins. not too bad for taste, made with cheap ingredients and the bases are not crisp. store is also not the cleanest

We waited 30 minutes more than then the 25 minutes that we were originally told, just so that they forget a few things from our order! and then, if we think about it to sort it, we are so rudely spoken by a dame on the phone that admits that they knew that they left this thing out of the bag, but they would replace it. when we went there and back to get what they had left out of our order, eating was terrible and cold! the dame also floats over eating, without her face mask on, I see the coronavirus face mask politics at work places not applicable to them

A venerable service and mixes. we ordered last night for a group of 8. first we were told that they did not roast a pumpkin at the time and had no kartoffel bag. we came after the recommended time, 15 minutes to say that they also do not have a seafood salad, and that if we wanted it, it would take another 5 minutes. we were glad to wait for us to have paid and then stayed 20 minutes while the very rude lady makes the salat. we could see that our food was obviously not in what we thought was a heated bane marie. I was here twice, both of them with chickens and chips. the first time the meal was average, but I never had high hopes so it was good. the second time I was allowed to wait for 20 minutes and when I came home, the chips were cold and most of the chips I had ever eaten. I'm not going back in the final.

Won't be back. We had been a regular customer for years but since recently taken over the quality has gone down hill. Chickens are dry and that's only if they even have any in stock after 6pm. Tonight we drove back to return a pasta salad that was stuck together and uncooked. No one was interested in the problem nor was an apology offered. Just refunded. We are done with your restaurant. Such A shame.
