Josef's Cheesecake Cupcakes

Let me tell you about the best kept secret in all of Wisconson. Josefs cheese cake is it. They have somewhere around 20 hand created flavors on hand at any given time for you to try in a cupcake size. Everyone is hand made with the upmost care and detail. Personally everyone has wowed me with different flavor. I highly recommend the butter beer or the red velvet. The macaroons look and smell amazing as well as their hand made breads! Try the picked bread. THE whole pickle slices with fresh dill is to die for. Enough reading, drive down there and see for yourself. They will NOT disappoint.

We went for a cake tasting for a wedding. Hands down favorite of all of us was the It'll Eat. The Door County Cherry was another fave. We had our doubts about the Mountain Dew flavor, but it was the perfect cheesecake for a summer day. Light, zesty, delish!

Love the cheese cakes from here! There are so many flavors and so many choices! If you love cheese cake, you gotta stop here!

Had several dozen of these catered for an event for my work organization. We had root beer float, cherry pie, and chocolate sundae cheesecake cupcakes. They looked delicious and were very creative. I tried the cherry pie and it was delicious! But very decadent and I had to throw 1/3 of it out. So I would definitely recommend Josef's for an event, and will eventually visit the shop, but I will bring a date to share! They have many more flavors, too bad I only got to try one this time

I know you guys already know about Josef's Cheesecake but seriously RUN don't walk. I FINALLY found myself in chippewa and made a point to not leave until I tried atleast one. I don't even eat cheesecake so I was mostly buying them for gifts. I got myself a Brandy Old fashioned because thats my go to drink and I couldn't resist.It was light and fluffy and had a creamy smooth texture. The cream wasn't overly sweet and added to the flavor. It was like eating a whipped soufflé or a custard it was so perfect. Im mad I spent more time gifting the others than hoarding them for myself! I hope they still have this flavor when I go back because it was PHENOMENAL
