After a long 16-hour workday, I just wanted something quick and simple before heading back to my B&B for another busy day. I decided to use the drive-thru, which turned out to be my first mistake. I barely had time to pull in before the line came to a standstill, trapping me in. It took a frustrating 25 minutes to finally reach the pickup window. When I got my burger, it was cold, and they were out of milkshakes. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent and unbothered. I definitely won’t be in a hurry to return to this McDonald's!

I frequently encounter issues with my orders, often finding that items are missing or incorrect. It’s almost surprising when everything is right! The parking situation is quite limited, and I advise against parking in the Aldi lot across the street, as they have a parking eye system and you'll be fined if you don’t enter your reference number inside. Meant to be fast food I could have made it myself quicker the food was cold and not very nice the drinks were flat, and I witnessed a customer complaining about missing items the member of staff was unresponsive didn’t apologise didn’t smile or anything so uninterested and rude they really need to work on their customer service and service in general absolutely awful Service: Take out
