Toby's Estate - Chippendale

Mi-a plăcut să vină aici pentru prânz, este destul de rece pentru a vedea fabrica de cafea prin peretele de sticlă! Pentru a mânca, am avut burgerul de pui de la Buttermilk și Tartinul Prosciutto. Burgerul era atât de plin de viață și avea o umplutură generoasă de pui și de guacamol. Tartinul a fost, de asemenea, foarte frumos, este, în principiu, pâinea prăjită, cu ouă poarta, dressing balsamic, smochine și ricotta. A avut un echilibru bun de dulce și acru, chiar mi-a plăcut figurile! Aceasta a fost o masă frumoasă proaspătă. Chaiul lipicios este medie, a fost nevoie de o aromă mai intensă și mai dulce pe care o simt. Cafeaua a fost deschisă ???? În general, a fost mâncare frumoasă și serviciul a fost foarte prietenos.

I bought coffee beans and haven't tried yet so no comment on the beans. Terrible service.  I believe there were plenty of staffs, however not caring about customer waiting for the check out. Also I ordered cold brew coffee and it was like water under extracted no flavour. I believe they didnt have cold brew coffee and tastes like they just quickly brew it and pass it to me. 5$ for that quality of cold brew?  If they say they didn't have stock of cold brew I would understand and would order another coffee

This is good for a standard aussie brunch. Nothing overly special or unexpected, but great at what they do. Cute environment, too!

You really can't go wrong with Toby's Estate and the locals in the area seem to agree.

I LOVE breakfastIt's my favourite meal of the day to eat out.
