Opiparo - Chipiona

Town very busy so thought we'd have gastro tapas Scallops looked amazing but when came over cooked, chewy and not a great taste. Hubby had tapa risotto de Ortigas. Amazing. New on the block so wish them good luck.

We had excellent tapas in this restaurant. All tapas are very refined and special, nice and pleasant service, very good red wine. Absolutely worth visiting !

This was our first visit to Chipiona and we were lucky to chose this small restaurant for lunch. We arrived just after it opened for lunch service so it was quiet, when we passed it later it was busy with local people (always a good sign). We ordered a variety of tapas dishes all of which were excellent. We were persuaded to try the risotto with ortiguillas (a type of sea anemone) which was surprisingly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

All a discovery, everything was very good and high quality dishes. the best tacos and tortilite shrimps!

Tapas all over in Chipiona but finally a place where the tapas is of real fine Quality! Nice taste, high Quality, different than elsewhere. The service was also ok, the wine was fine. The place for tapas lovers. We will come back for sure!
