This is my go-to spot for morning donuts and $6 sandwiches at lunch. The prices and portions are excellent. They also offer iced drinks with boba. The boba is just right—soft on the outside and chewy on the inside.

This is a fantastic spot for a quick donut and breakfast sandwich. It's important that we support our local business owners. Places like this could disappear, and then we might end up paying for processed foods that aren't as healthy, rather than enjoying high-quality, home-cooked meals at reasonable prices!

The best boba spot in the city! The staff is super friendly, and their donuts are even better than Winchell's. Plus, you can get a dozen for just $5.99 after 7:00 PM! It’s great to know they make fresh donuts every day. And don’t miss the Jalapeño Croissant – it’s a delicious buttery treat!

All my girl wanted was fresh Donuts and Pam's was perfect!! The donuts were so soft inside and had the fresh taste. The fruity pebbles has this perfect texture and I liked it more than the larger sizes. Every single donut was delicious!! Thank you!
