Mcdonald's - Chino

I had a very disappointing experience with the service! I ordered curbside delivery using the mobile app, which indicated that my order would take about 5 minutes. However, after waiting around 18 minutes, my food still hadn't arrived. I had to go inside to inquire about my order. When I finally received it, not only was it incorrect, but my fries were also stale. My order was just two burgers, one fry, and two drinks—not a large order at all. I believe that if you can’t manage the service you provide, you should consider removing it as an option.

I drive for Uber and Lyft, and I love getting my coffee here. The manager and staff provide exceptional service. Even at 1 AM on 03/22, when there was a long line, they handled everything with professionalism and care. I just want to acknowledge the hard work and excellent service at this location!

The food was not the highlight for me, but the owners have revamped the restaurant with an emphasis on sustainability. They've incorporated many reclaimed materials and upgraded the equipment across the board. The establishment also utilizes solar-powered lighting and energy-efficient appliances.

The two McMuffins I ordered were burnt. How is it even possible to burn bread?

Even with two drive-thru lanes open on a Friday afternoon during lunchtime, this McDonald's location was the fastest I've ever been to! I was in and out of the line with my perfectly made ice cream cone in under 5 minutes.
