Scooter's Coffee - Chino Valley

I used to absolutely love this place, but recently they've done something that has really turned me off. I come in every day for my oat milk quad shot toffee nut raspberry mocha, but lately it’s been so bad that I feel nauseous just thinking about it. I don’t know what’s changed, but I won’t be returning! I also tried having the drink blended last week, and the consistency was completely off from what it used to be. Management really needs to address this issue immediately!

I had the pleasure of being served by a really friendly young man with dark hair at the walk-up window. I appreciated that he was wearing a mask and adhering to Covid-19 safety guidelines. I ordered a simple iced cold brew and two iced chai tea lattes. He explained the available milk alternatives, and I opted for almond milk. The drinks were prepared quickly and tasted fantastic! It's great to have such high-quality coffee and tea right here in the valley!

This is a charming little drive-through coffee shop! Since it was my first time visiting, I wasn't quite sure what to order, but the girl at the drive-thru was extremely helpful in suggesting a drink. I decided on a large Candy Bar Almond Joy espresso, and it was excellent. I also tried the spicy sausage burrito, which had a great kick to it. The burrito was steaming hot and roughly the size of my palm—perfectly portioned, not too big or too small. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

While traveling, I took a moment to stop for coffee and decided to try Scooters for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of options available. I opted for one of their March specials. When we reached the window, we were thrilled by how friendly and welcoming our server was. She interacted with us as if we were long-time friends, and we had a lovely conversation for a few minutes. Fortunately, there was no one waiting behind us. Although the coffee was just average, the exceptional customer service truly earned a score of 10 out of 10.

The friendliest staff in all of Chino Valley! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our large blended mocha and smoothies. A HUGE THUMBS UP! Great job, Scooter's Coffee!
