I visited Arturo's for the first time today and was impressed by the prompt and friendly service. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I ordered the Trip appetizer, which included three mini tacos, mini changas, and mini taquitos served with guacamole—so tasty! I highly recommend Arturo's for its authentic flavors and excellent service. Service: Dine-in; Meal type: Lunch.

Regarding the food, the chips and salsa were excellent, but the shredded beef tacos had an unusual taste that I couldn’t quite place. The beans and rice were very good, and the sample platter looked tempting. The atmosphere was pleasant, though not overly fancy, and while the prices were on the higher side, that was to be expected. One of my friends received service from the same waitress, and it appeared that the waitress was, once again, a bit bothered. Overall, I would say the experience was okay, but not outstanding. I probably won’t return unless there’s a specific event to attend.

SERVICE WAS AWFUL! We weren't even acknowledged until 17 minutes after being seated. The waitress didn't come to check on us at all after we got our food. Prescott location is so much better! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
