Bojangles - China Grove

The restaurant has a very clean and well-maintained interior. The staff members are friendly. However, the drive-thru attendant didn’t seem to listen well; I had to remind her about my daughter's Pepsi. Additionally, there was no receipt included in the bag, nor was it offered.

The chicken was outstanding! The customer service was also fantastic. The manager on duty—though I didn't catch his name—was incredibly friendly and helpful. I made sure to compliment him on his excellent service! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a delightful dining experience!

I ordered the dinner box for my family. When I got home, I discovered that the chicken was cold. I called the restaurant, and the manager—whose name I can't remember but who wears glasses—was on duty that night. She stated that she would replace my order, but when she arrived at the drive-thru window, she informed me that she only had three pieces of chicken left. She also mentioned that she couldn't refund my order because she lost my receipt and couldn't verify the amount. Instead, she handed me a bag containing three cold chicken thighs, some fries, and a drink, telling me that my family could eat that, and then she closed the window. I was left wondering why I couldn't get a hot meal for my family. Was it because I was in the drive-thru?

Went for brunch (typically one of our fav fast food places) our 1st time at the one in China Grove... sad to say, but the bacon ? on his B.E.C biscuit combo w/seasoned fries ? was VERY dry and the lil ' bit of flavor it have was not what you expect it to taste like... the biscuit was still doughy, not even close to golden/brown yet... as for me I got the 4pc (home style) tender combo ? w/seasoned fries ? a biscuit, which ended up being the same as his also the chicken was overcooked, dry hard ? (like it has been cooked the night before and reheated) ?... fries ? were the only thing half decent to eat...

Food is great in the China Grove store! The drive through is a nightmare. Always such a big long line when I go there. So I go in and place my order. Much quicker that way. Wish they could set up a drive-thru similar to McDonald's, having two lanes! This is a very clean fast food restaurant and bathrooms!
