Papa John's Pizza - Chilliwack

Great service walked in ordered and pizza was ready on time.

As a woman who gets moody when hungry, I am severely disappointed to get cold pizza and brownies. Literally cold! I can place this pizza under my face on a hot summer night and it'll cool me down so well id be calling papa John's name in my sleep.From placing my order to receiving 1.5hrs.I don't want to call, complain, and give them a pizza my mind. I'd rather never give them my service (abootsford location is amazing btw) and just stick to dominos. At least they wouldn't make me pay for my cold pizza

We’ve ordered 3 times and had them cancel our order because their driver couldn’t deliver. Three strikes you’re out.

Pizza was dry and little cheese. We phone Papa John’s to let them know about the pizza. Right away Anwar brought a new hot pizza to us and even tried to return our money. He was very gracious and kind. It was snowing and he went out of his way for us. Which I thought was a wonderful and a sincere gesture. Not many restaurant owners would do this. I thought it was above and beyond his duty as a restaurant owner

RAW DOUGH!! Both boxes I Ordered you can even smell its raw after I ripped a few of them open to check. I ordered 6:55 pm on Sunday November 20th 2022 through doordash.You need to fire whoever was making this, they are going to give someone food poisoning! I had two bites of it and if I get food poisoning in the next 24 hours you are going to be responsible for my illness!I got a refund for the food but not the dipping sauce I paid 7.50 for and can’t use.UPDATE: congratulations! as of 3:30 am on November 21 2022 I started to get sick, no surprise here. It’s probably Salmonella since it started hours later.Thanks for the food born illness, NEVERGOING TO ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU!(Previous reviews on here)-3 reviews said undercooked (that is including mine)-1 order two people with food poisoning-1 with stomach painsThat should tell you something about this restaurant!
