However, my main issue is that for the past two times I've ordered this delightful wrap, I've taken a bite only to be overwhelmed by an overpowering spiciness. I glance down to see that dreadful orange sauce! While I appreciate a good hot sauce now and then, this one doesn’t even qualify as a proper sauce. It tastes like it was made by someone who's never tried chipotle sauce but only remembers the burn of hot sauce—and clearly despises their job. I experienced the unfortunate fate of tasting whatever "hot sauce" they're using in these wraps, and I genuinely cannot fathom anyone actually enjoying it. If I could, I’d show you a picture of that abomination sitting in my trash can, barely touched, alongside the bite I took in the hope that it would be, as promised, "one crispy chicken ranch wrap." Once again, I was disappointed, finding it soaked in that terrible sauce. Please consider removing that sauce from the menu; it would save DQ money, and I doubt anyone would miss or even remember this horrible mistake you've labeled as a hot sauce. Vandi was incredible during our visit today. He assisted us with a gift card issue that we were having trouble understanding and managed to resolve it quickly. Additionally, he and the staff informed us of potential allergies for our family, which we greatly appreciated. We felt so happy to be there, especially sitting next to the firefighters on their lunch break. Vandi and the team truly served us like heroes. I highly recommend the downtown DQ!

Worst DQ experience we’ve ever had, went through the drive through, the employee rushed through our order, I had made a change to the order near the end, shouldn’t be an issue right? Well got to the window, the employee was mocking the change I made and laughed then continued talking in Punjabi to his co worker, did not confirm the order with us before we paid, we drove away, $15 and bad service…. Only to take a bite of my blizzard and it was made wrong. ?
