Red Lobster - Chillicothe

Excellent service! Who can resist Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits? It's a chain restaurant, I get that, but it's a really good one. Not every location is up to par, but this particular dish is fantastic.

The food is no longer as good as it used to be. I ordered the fish and fries, and while the fries were fairly warm, the fish was so greasy that I couldn't eat it. I removed the breading, and the cod was undercooked and even greasier than the bread. I was very disappointed with the meal overall. I think I’ll be heading to Beechmont from now on. It was quite expensive for such a terrible meal.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the female servers, who was quite rude. It was unexpected and unsettling. Eventually, I felt the need to speak to the manager, Davis, about the situation. However, if you do decide to visit, I highly recommend asking for Kyle—he is an excellent server!

All servers are so nice! Heather was our server 9-30-22. I'm so glad the Baja Shrimp Bowl is back. Yum!

Endless shrimp is back with new serving styles. The pink Argentinian shrimp are wonderful! I order mine plain and mix up my own sauce (ketchup, lemon juice and horseradish). And yes, horseradish and fresh oysters are back! When you do no live near the sea and need a seafood fix, our RL is pretty decent.
