I had a wonderful dinner at Old Canal! Our server, Marlana, was fantastic—she was friendly and efficient. I ordered the smoked half chicken, while my husband enjoyed the breaded chicken sandwich. The wine and old fashioned were both excellent as well. We were seated near the dishwasher, which made it a bit noisy, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

In town for work and happened across this spot from the Google reviews and was not disappointed. The staff was kind and super helpful. Shout out to Cass, our waitress, who was awesome! There was a small wait like 25-30 minutes on a Tuesday around 6 to be seated but the food service was worth the wait. I had the brisket and chicken combo with sweet potato fries and mac. The mac was a little grainy but still pretty good and everything else, including the shrooms app and cornbread, was excellent. My colleague had the chicken and baby back ribs and he was in heaven lol. Thanks Old Canal!
