Cosy fast food restaurant off the US i81, fresh meals and lovely staff; very courteous and helpfull. Plenty of parking and queit.

Love this Hardee's! They do mess up ur food quite a bit but Barbra the asst. manager always makes it right and fixes the problem with the employees

The staff is friendly, and the breakfast food is excellent. I always stop by whenever I'm nearby.

As someone who frequently dines out on the East Coast, I've been on a relentless quest over the past decade to obtain the elusive cup of pickles. I've even resorted to asking, pleading, and at times, paying as much as $20 for this simple condiment. It’s become absurdly difficult to find pickles, making them feel more valuable than gold. My obsession has reached a point where my wife is often embarrassed by my eagerness—I'm willing to pay anything for pickles, but I don't want anyone to know! However, just yesterday, I had an incredible experience at Hardee’s. I requested a cup of pickles and was pleasantly surprised by the generous serving—a large cup filled to the brim with pickles. My craving for pickles on my burger was thoroughly satisfied! I've visited many Hardee’s locations in recent years and have always enjoyed the food. Yesterday, I ordered a quarter-pound burger that looked and tasted even better than the one advertised in the menu photos—truly a masterpiece! The staff at this Hardee’s were exceptionally friendly and understanding of my pickle obsession. The Chilhowie location has set a new record for me in terms of pickle availability, surpassing all other places I’ve visited. The lunchtime crew on Friday, April 12th, 2019, demonstrated that this Fast Food joint truly stands out as one of the best on the East Coast. Well done, Hardee's!

It's Hardee's, so you know what to expect. They prepared the food fresh, which meant we had to wait, but I don’t mind waiting, especially for fresh fries. Due to Covid-19 precautions, the dining room is currently closed. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. The lobby was also tidy, although it didn't require much cleaning at the moment.
