Old Town Grille - Childersburg

Burned Food... you've always been a favorite, but my cheeseburger was really burned on one side, which should have been a good meal. It was over $12 and I could only eat about half. No happy experience, sad. A friend and her family were eating there today and her father's Hamburg steak was also burned. Maybe they changed chefs. The less I gave them 3 stars for nostalgia, but will not be back soon.

Good food and service. I had the meatball sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich and loved it. Server was friendly and took care of us. Would go back.

I loved the food, the people and the place so much I actually worked there. It is a wonderful place and I would be happy if more people worked there because they are loosing employees. So keep the business alive and help out like I did.

The restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately. The employees were friendly, courteous and efficient. We ordered spaghetti with meatballs with side salad and a hamburger steak with grilled onions and side salad. The salads were fresh and crisp and the ranch dressing was tasty but a little thin and runny. The spaghetti with meatballs was what one might expect from a restaurant not specializing in Italian food. It was good but not exceptional. The meatballs tasted like the frozen ones we normally buy from the grocery store to cook at home. The hamburger steak was OK but rather bland and really needed the A1! Overall, we were not disappointed in our food choices but would order different items if we were to visit this restaurant again.

My Ladies treated me to dinner. First time there. Even though they were a little short staffed, the service was absolutely excellent! We ordered steak, pizza, wings and a salad. Steak was the best steak outside of a ham. The pizza was bomb! And my wings and salad were PERFECT! Pretty faces, great fresh food, fantastic atmosphere! Must save room for dessert!! Honestly have to say the lemon merengue pie!! (Mouth full) OMG ? couldn?t be a better send off?. Seriously if you?re thinking about it, don?t think, just go there!!!! It?s worth the drive and I?ll be making it again on the regular.
