Topgolf Chigwell

I actually come here quite often. But this time around, I was not pleaded. Ordered my 10yo son a beef burger, not until it was nearly half eaten. I noticed that it was raw. I couldn 't believe my eyes. I called a member of staff over and showed them the burger, they was shocked and apologetic. I asked, then asked, does the burgers come fresh or isit frozen? He stuttered and said they 're all fresh. Which is lies! I was only offered for the burgers to be replaced, but later on I told the staff this is not OK, especially for a 10yo child, and demanded a refund and replaced the burger. I went over to the female staff and took the tray of burger back so I could take a photo of it, but she was holding on to it tight and didn 't seem pleased that I took a photo. This is not OK.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks now and sent at least 2-3 emails about this matter and their customer service via email don’t even take the time to give me reassurance that my refund will be issued immediately and don’t get me started on their customer service via phone calls ‍ honestly no words can explain how awful their customer service are, literally is everyone sleeping on the job or something honestly cause over 1 hour waiting time over the phone is beyond me.
