A pure moment of gastronomic happiness. Both the welcome and the room service (Martine) or the preparation of the dishes (Claude), everything is synonymous with excellence and a desire to do well. Yes, the menu is limited but it is precisely the guarantee of total quality and careful preparation by the chef. Ditto for the wine list which is short in reading but extraordinary in quality. Super friendly people. A pleasure menu that was a real pleasure. From mouth to dessert. I particularly enjoyed the gaspacho with ancient tomatoes, tidy lobster (but it seems to me that it was perhaps too cooked? and the supreme poultry contrated with the lemon confit. Excellent value for money. We'll be back!
