Contribuiți la feedbackWhat a great place. A place where the guest or customer can still enjoy perfect service. The hotel complex is in Bavarian style, as well as the establishment in particular the different guest rooms. A cozy atmosphere. We were a larger business group and had made a small pre-selection (see photo). We took the aperitif in the hotel bar and some people could easily take the drink to the restaurant. It's always hard to move people in one direction at the same time, isn't it? Well, the question for other or other drinks has been asked and served very quickly. In terms of wine, we decided for a Grauburgunder from Baden and the Gaumens from the winery Knipser from the Palatinate. Both wines at EUR 38, , still civil. When assessing the dishes, I refer to my dishes, but I must first notice that all of them were enthusiastic! Foam soup from the noble chestnut with pear ravioli and black bread crumbs (EUR 9.00), served with some cream was very creamy, the ravioli suitable (sweet) to the chestnut flavor. A great combination. The black bread crusts (I thought of something nutty first) rounded off the spice. Tournedos vom Hirschrücken und ein Walnusskruste mit Rosenkohl und Mandelkrokette (EUR 30,00) was my main course. Rarely eaten such a delicate, pink fried stag back. The knife went through the flesh like ghosts. Damn great, best quality. The juniper sauce is a treat. Half rose cabbage and homemade croquettes were the matching supplements. (see photo). Cream Bruleé with a tempting mangosorbet (EUR 8.00) to dream! And again to the service, which also made jokes or went on, perfect. Pleasant, very well trained staff, polite, unobtrusive one does not find too often in this form. Axle, the price ratio is OK, good has its price.
