Subway - Chicora

The staff seems like they're having fun at work which is a really nice thing to see nowadays. Was just there on the 29th of April and I was having a really bad day and they gave me a few laughs. The subs were awesome and made perfectly.

I have been a frequent customer of this establishment for some time and have usually experienced outstanding customer service. However, my recent visit to Subway has left me feeling like I never want to return. I entered wanting to purchase four sandwiches from the young kid behind the counter. When the lady working there was informed of my order, she rolled her eyes and sighed as if it was an inconvenience to do her job. Normally, I spend around $45 to $50 each visit as my wife and I buy four sandwiches for dinner and lunch the next day due to our long work hours. When I questioned the lady's attitude, she dismissively shook her head and muttered under her breath, "I hope you don't want chicken." Her rude comments and behavior turned me off from making a purchase. Despite her attempts to blame their busyness for the lack of chicken, I was not interested in excuses. If the owner is reading this, I visited on July 7th at 5:45 p.m. and encountered a tall, skinny lady whose negative attitude is not good for business. Her consistently poor attitude towards customers and coworkers is a major deterrent. If she does not want to make food, she should not be working in a customer-facing role.

I have never been to a cleaner Subway restaurant. I also want to give a shout-out to the employee who helped me jumpstart my car as she was finishing her shift. I regret not asking for her name. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect rating of 5!
