Taco Bell - Chicopee

The food here is excellent! The chalupas are my favorite, and the mango smoothies are delicious. The restaurant is clean, and I appreciate the great service!

I ordered THREE hard shell tacos, but when I got to the drive-thru and checked my bag, I only received TWO tacos. I was really frustrated and didn't bother going back to get the missing taco since they were busy and I didn’t want to wait even longer. I had already waited a long time just to place my order. This was surprising because they usually get everything right.

I stood at the counter for nearly five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I even saw two employees walk out from behind the counter and leave the premises. When I was finally served, I received cold tacos filled with grease. I was also disappointed to find that they only carry Pepsi products instead of Coke. The restaurant could definitely use some cleaning, and the bathroom was in a really bad condition.

Service was friendly, but I got the COMPLETE wrong order. My receipt was correct, but the order was not even close. Tried the pizza I was given instead of the food I actually wanted, and it was foul. Not worth the 30 min round trip to have them correctit, but there?s definitely an issue with how they check orders, as this happens to me quite frequently at this location.

98% of the time food is good, fresh and hot. Customer service is on point and always willing to make things the way you want it. This is one of the best fast food places around.
