Magri's Fruit Company - Chicopee

Once, I arrived 20 minutes before closing, unaware of the shortened hours. As a full-time worker and student, I simply wanted to grab a quick lunch. The woman with the hat was subtly rude, and even other customers noticed and apologized for her behavior when they arrived around the same time and were treated differently. We ordered two sandwiches, and as she started preparing the second one, she began banging metal pans and lids around, making it clear she was frustrated. Another customer who came in about ten minutes after us received much better service. At one point, I felt like walking out before my food was ready because I didn't want to deal with such inconsiderate treatment. It was frustrating to see how she spoke to us, especially when I try to treat everyone with respect, regardless of the situation. I’ve noticed that she is extremely polite to my grandmother and others over 40, or those who appear affluent, but when my friend and I visit, she always has an attitude or is openly rude. While the food is great, her demeanor makes me hesitant to spend my money there. I'm genuinely willing to give generous tips, even when funds are tight, but as long as she is working, I don't think I'll return. It's truly disheartening.

I love this deli. Their food never fails to hit the spot. Definitely recommend trying it out.

I stopped by for lunch, and the soup was terrible. The sandwich was just okay. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had an outstanding experience with both the service and the food at this restaurant. The value is fantastic, and I absolutely love this place—everything about it is wonderful! The ambiance is also quite appealing.

The menu offers a wonderful variety and high quality. I enjoyed a Chicken Caesar Wrap, and it was absolutely delicious.
