They always take time and give me the wrong order at lunchtime

Absolutely terrible service. not only are they ridiculously slow, they manage to screw up their order as they give them with a attitude. drove all those away to home before I realized that they had given me the wrong order (because I didn't check) just to return to a posture as if I had done something wrong and nothing extra. they go forward. the staff here is terrible.

Always busy too day, but the staff is very friendly and fast with service!

I came to DD shortly after 8pm wanting to decaffeinated ice coffee's and the girl flatly refused to make a pot and said with an attitude not going to waste a pot. A paying customer and refuse to give service. What kind of operation are you running here?

I stop here every morning for the past 3years, it was awful slow and they'd seem to somehow get my order wrong. Since the makeover they seem to have a better flow.
