Subway - Chico

Fantastic customer service! The new location is beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and the menus are easy to read. My husband and I love that Subway and Mama Deluca's Fast, Delicious Pizza are collaborating together! If someone isn't in the mood for a sub sandwich, they can opt for pizza, or vice versa. It's also a great spot to take the family!

Horrible worst experience of my life. It took her 15 mins to make our sandwich. put on something I didn?t even ask for. And took her gloves off to wrap it. The wrap was horrible my sandwich was hanging out both sides. Then charged us 25 dollars for two build your own sub. I would put 0/5 if I could.

I may be a bit biased since I work here, but I really enjoy the food. The pizzas are good, the pastas are fantastic, and the cookies are delicious! It's conveniently located in the subway on Nord!

I ordered a footlong sandwich from Crystal, who seemed distracted as she kept adjusting her hat while preparing my food. I handed her $16.00, but she didn’t give me my dollar back, instead only returning $2.37 from my change. I felt like I was shortchanged and didn't say anything at the time. Overall, it left a bad impression, and I probably won't return to this restaurant.

I wish I had got the name of the young man because the service was incredible tonight. 5 sandwiches, less than 10 min. Friendly and really a pleasure!
