Sicilian Cafe - Chico

They're currently only serving on the patio, which provides a rather average atmosphere, but the food definitely makes it worthwhile. We ordered the salmon, calamari, and a chicken dish; all three were delightful and I'd happily have them again. We paired our meal with a robust Cabernet for $33, which made the experience even better.

We waited 45 minutes for the bread antipasto, which was eventually brought to us by a different waiter who noticed how long we had been sitting there. He generously offered us a complimentary glass of wine and helped out our waitress. Unfortunately, she completely messed up my friend's order, served one of our other friends incorrectly, and after correcting her mistake, she brought out the other two plates separately. The food was quite good, but the service was lacking, especially given the high prices.

It had been a while since my last visit to this restaurant. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday on October 26, and the experience was fantastic. Our waitress was excellent, and the food portions were generous. Although we had to wait for over an hour for our meals, the waitress kept us updated on the situation. At the end of our meal, the manager came out to check if everything was satisfactory, and we were happy to inform him that it was. I will definitely be returning!

Charming little restaurant. The food was the best Italian I've ever tasted. I had the butternut squash ravioli in brown butter, and it was incredible.

The atmosphere was pleasant. We were served a delightful appetizer plate featuring cheese, salami, and olives, accompanied by olive oil and vinegar for the fresh bread. The Cannelloni was excellent. The owner welcomed us personally. Overall, the service and experience were fantastic!
