Wendy's - Chickasha

My family I were headed home from a short vacation in Texas to see family and decided to stop at Wendy's because they always love Wendy's. Everything looked really clean and the staff were very friendly. However, I didn't like having to walk past smokers outside to get into the building. Once we ordered, I discovered you had every drink EXCEPT Dr. Pepper, but no biggie.. I tried Coke, but there was too much carbonation and the same with Root Beer. I settled on tea. Then, the ketchup was completely out? I asked for more ketchup, and the employee kindly gave me a handful of ketchup packets. I took my 2 year old grandson to the bathroom to wash his hands, and holy cow, you guys were out of soap, too?! When our burgers came out, they were just not up to the usual Wendy's standards. I really just can't understand how these things are not taken care of? It only takes mere minutes to remedy most of these issues. I am hoping you guys were just massively busy...Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking, but not any wheelchair entrances.

The food is always the same usually the staff is friendly the place is clean the service is quick as expected an atmosphere was my car so that's why it's at 3 thank you Wendy'

Messed up multiple orders in a row the was really sloppy one time I got the complete wrong order and corporate gave me a 15$ credit on app but when I went to use it it only used 8 dollars of it and the rest was lost..I did it in front of the employee who walked me thru it and after it messed up they said yeah it does that sometimes but I don 't really know anything about the app I 've never used it

We try every Wendy's when we need quick food and drinks out of town or in town this is our

Chicken nuggets leftOff order, no sour cream or fork for baked potato, burgers overcooked and dry. The restaurant was so cold! It just doesn’t seem like the menu is that complicated so I’m not sure why it is difficult to get it correct.
