Pizza Hut - Chickasha

Asked for some of the garlic Parmesan sauce for wings and they had given me the garlic butter sauce when went in to correct it she then proceeded to tell me it was the same thing. 5:25pm 3/12/2024

Well to begin with we ordered a ckicken alfredo and breadsticks they were very good, also a large stuff crust SSupreme, but it was raw, no not 100% but at least 40%, it was gross...couldn't even hold it was limp dough..Just tasted the cina bons and they are ok, and of course Root beer was ok. I called the store but manager couldn't here me...everyone else could. Was wanting this pizza cooked so we could eat it. $50 to feed 2 people is alot, when you can't even eat it...UPDATE: Oct, 2023The past 2x we ordered everything was ?.

Patience...the food is still great and you will likely have to wait. It's hard to find help these days so be kind and patient!

I would give this much higher stars if they would adequately staff this restaurant with what they need. Being understaffed is the reason for them not to be able to satisfy customers completely. The food is is great but sometimes takes a couple of tries. The last time I was there, the guy working there was pretty much it. He took orders, cooked, and fulfilled orders all by himself until finally another woman showed up to finally help him. He was a great worker with too much put on his plate. Not cool. Need to hire to make things better all around!

I will not go there anymore ? the service was slow we ordered the big box that came with two medium pizzas and it came with order of cheese sticks and boneless wings we got everything first and then we got the wings
