Contribuiți la feedbackI used to like Whole Foods, especially the produce. It was always the best. Then, Amazon came in and standards plummeted. I'm shocked by what is allowed in Whole Foods now. Moldy fruits and vegetables are common. We've also had a couple bad experiences the seafood. I won't allow them to bad anymore either. Putting raw meats with vegetables/fruit, heavy cans with eggs and bread. I've had yogurts crushed on multiple occasions. They often run out of items too. Again, there's not much to say other than Whole Foods was great, then Amazon took over and everything went downhill. Real bummer, I now recommend Trader Joe's. They remind me the Whole Foods 10/15 years ago. Great place and Trader Joe staff is amazing. Maybe Whole Foods can make a comeback... I'm not optimistic
I stopped in to buy 2 Men and a Garden Brand artisan bread and butter pickle slices as they were not available at other locations! Adequate check out area and staffing. Staff was helpful in directing me as I was in a hurry.
Vanilla bean cake with cheesecake layer decent but frosting has the cheap shortening mouthfeel
I went to Whole Foods and purchased a body wash for $8.63, but was charged twice for it. I discovered the error after leaving the store and being in an Uber on my way home. I immediately called the store to explain the situation and offered to provide proof of my purchase through a picture of the receipt, email confirmation, or even verifying my credit card number. However, the person I spoke to insisted that I needed to come in with the physical receipt, despite me living far away from the store location. It is frustrating that as a customer, I have to go through such inconvenience when it was the store's mistake in the first place.
Grocery worker David is very rude and unhelpful! No one like him should work at a job where you have to deal with people. I asked for a specific cereal brand and he huffed rudely and said he doesn't know! Didn't even try to help me!
