Wendy's - Chicago

I was a manager for Wendy and this Wendy is not ok the drive thu was long I still had to come in cuz my order didn’t have what i ordered plus it’s a long line inside the customers were irritated like we like the food but the service is not good at all communication and the team it self was not welcoming just like any ole restaurant nothing different I don’t like comen here cuz of this

Every time I come to this Wednesday, the wait is just ridiculous. The drive thru line moves super slow and will be all the way to the street and around the corner... if I go inside it takes someone 20 min to finally come and take the order and then wait even longer to give u ur ordered food. There be quite a bit of workers so I don't see why it should take no longer than 10 min. Max! Half of them don't wear gloves, there is no harness, masks on they neck they minus well not even have one but I gave this place a few tries to see if it got better and It got worse. I will be at a different Wendy's when I get it from now on !!! ????

Wait 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then wait another 5 minutes before they took my order. Inadequate service. Long wait. Everybody was confused. Food was typical.

This restaurant would let us eat in dining room although several homeless people setup at various tables. I understand it's cold but they were not paying customers

I've been here twice. It's pretty terrible. The first time they didn't have mayo, BBQ, or Buffalo sauce, only honey mustard. They left off the cheese, ketchup, and mustard on the cheeseburger even though I said cheeseburger when I ordered and again said to the cashier, you got the cheese, right I went through the drive through second time. One of the workers handed me the drink without a word and didn't give me a straw. I ordered a salad and they didn't give me any dressing or utensil. People don't wear their masks, even the manager. They're either below their chin or at best, below the nose.
