Torali Located At The Ritz Carlton, Chicago

Very nice Thanksgiving Dinner. The service was excellent as was the food.

I haven't eaten here yet ...I'm still deciding which restaurant to go to. However, I did call to ask several questions and the front desk host Jennifer assisted me. She had very good service on the phone , kind in tone, and knowledgeable. I'm from WI so I'm very confused trying to understand downtown Chicago . She helped explain things very well. I may just come here based solely on her phone manner and service. Yes, I will judge a restaurant by who picks up the phone and how they respond to me (as I am a 20 year restaurant service industry veteran . The person on the end of the line is just as important as the person bringing you your drinks/food. She deserves a raise ! :

I had a night cap at Torali bar within the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. This place is beautiful inside and the service was excellent. The atmosphere overall is out of this world! This is a great spot for a sophisticated drink or small bite to eat. I'm sure the full service restaurant here is fantastic as well.

The food was good, but pretty ordinary, nothing too special. The price was very reasonable for the location, we paid around 60$ for two dinners including drinks. The service was almost excellent and the overall “brunch” was excellent. If you looking to relax from the quick and loud city center, it it a perfect choice.
