Third Star -hyatt Mccormick Place

We had a reservation for ten people, and the restaurant was far from busy. Our server initially took our drink and food orders, but after that, we never saw her again. She didn't check in to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. Our drinks were delivered by someone else, and another person brought our food. After eating, we sat for an hour without drinks, no water, and no sign of our server. We had to ask twice for the check, and when it finally arrived, the server seemed quite confused about how we wanted to split the bill. We had to sort it out ourselves at the reception. The manager even had to step in to help. While the food was excellent, the service was absolutely terrible!

That was fantastic! I had the laughter, which was delightful. It's one of the few places at McCormack Square where you can be seated and enjoy service.

We sat at the restaurant for too long without any attention from the staff. Other guests who arrived after us were already being served their meals, while our waiter hadn't even introduced themselves. The host noticed our situation and came over to ask if we were still waiting. We told him we were, but after a few more minutes of inaction, we decided to leave. If the lack of attention was a sign of the service we would receive throughout the rest of our dining experience that day, then we knew it wouldn't be worth our time or money. This was a disappointing experience, and we won't be returning in the future.

Convenient for guests at hotel, and the coffee was excellent. Food was good, and prices were reasonable.

We were able to get in on an incredibly busy. Saturday evening. The buffet was OUTSTANDING. Will be returning.
