The Village Pizzeria - Chicago

Excellent tiramisu creamy light not soggy great portion size. Well done!

My wife and I were in Chicago for the marathon and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant accidentally. What a great place. The entire restaurant feels like it’s in a small outdoor Italian Village (hence the name). The staff were great and the food was outstanding. Fair warning: If your cocktail includes a piece of fruit, like pineapple, they marinate those in alcohol before adding it to your drink. Highly recommended this restaurant!!

THE LATE OWNER OF VILLAGE PIZZA.. JOHN PASSED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY INSIDE HIS STORE.. AND THE FAMILY IS REQUESTING THAT PATRONS OF THIS THEIF @925 ASHLAND AVE.. BEWARE.. Great food and the staff is always friendly.... pizza is very good...the delivery is always on time.....is good food

Horrible horrible horrible service and experience such a scam and weird experience ordered pizza at 1:30 AM it was not delivered until 4:45 AM when I called a few times to check on the status the employee by the name of "Nick "was extremely rude and kept asking if we 're going to refund all I wanted to was the status of the delivery the actual pan pizza once arrive was of course cold and is basically THICK bread with no flavor i ordered through GrubHub however every time I called he kept saying that he doesn 't even associate himself with GrubHub I think the place is new and hasn 't figured out how to run the business with affiliates such as Uber or GrubHub I wish them well however my first time experience was subpar the only reason they 're getting one star is to do to the fact that the pizza was actually delivered however if I could it would be 0 stars
