I recently dined at the main dining area of Fat Rice and found that I actually prefer the ambiance of the Ladies' Room.

I went to this restaurant for birthday drinks, but there weren't as many drink options as I had hoped for. The cocktails were just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, I believe this place is more suited for.
