Taco Max Mexican Grill - Chicago

Never again will I go there for tacos! The tacos were okay but the service was the worst. There are two young ladies that give the worst customer service. I looked up reviews to find out if others have experienced the same bad service and sure enough others felt the exact same way.

Been here previously was good. Unfortunately this time the meat ? had to much fat which is unacceptable for the prices they're charging.

The food is good, but it’s very overpriced. Their prices are the same as or even higher than some places downtown! I won't be returning.

The phone experience was quite poor. The person who answered was extremely rude and unfriendly, interrupting me in the middle of placing my order. A little more customer service training would go a long way.
