The service was slow and it was not busy at all. My food took a while to come and it was cold when I received it. The decor is nice.

My boyfriend and I booked Chicago for the weekend for my 25th birthday. I chose SX Skybar for my birthday brunch. We got there before our 12pm reservation on March 8th, 2020, and was randomly got seated by this person who was not even the hostess. She told us to “seat wherever we wanted.” We wanted to change our table to this other empty table which then we asked our server Kristen if it’s possible and she said no because its already booked for someone else. Its funny because these people were also on another table and just moved on that empty table that my boyfriend and I wanted to sit at.

Food was cold, the entire restaurant was pretty cold. The service was really bad when they just opened, we came at 11:15am and they opened at 11Am. We had to look for someone to seat us. Tips for management: I’d recommend coming in two hours before opening to get the restaurant together. Second time coming here with a bad experience with service. Although the place is nice, I probably won’t go back

Amazingly beautiful place,nice accommodating staff, overall great experience. I would suggest kitchen serve bar foods after closed
